We specialise in small business valuations, and are often asked to carry out valuations to allow a shareholder to exit a business, or for companies looking to separate different trades within their business, or for employee share scheme.
Our process begins with an initial consultation call where one of our Partners will get to know you and your business and the motivation behind needing a valuation. After the call, we will send you a checklist of information to send to us.
We use the initial consultation call to gauge exactly what type of service you need from us. We will ensure we understand the purpose of your valuation, and the underlying transaction, to ensure that we provide exactly what you need.
If a shorter valuation report will suffice, we will tell you. You will always know exactly what our fees are, up front, and we aim to provide an affordable service to small business owners. Most small business valuations we do cost between £3,000 and £4,500, depending on complexity.
