At Folio Partners, we are specialists in setting up the processes your business needs to ensure that accurate management accounts are available on time, every month. We make efficient use of modern software platforms to collect raw data, and to provide you with the detailed reports you need to make business decisions.

We are equally happy to be your whole outsourced finance function, or to work alongside members of your internal team. As a fully outsourced finance function, we will take responsibility for everything from bookkeeping and management accounting to payroll and tax returns.

If you already have an internal finance team, we are very happy to work alongside them, providing support and education to your team, whilst completing the more complex parts of the overall accounting process.

We use the Xero accounting platform

We've chosen Xero as the accounting platform to support our business and yours. Xero is a cloud-based platform, which allows multiple users to access your accounts from anywhere, at anytime. Some of the main benefits include:

Customisable reports - we can create custom reports for your business to track the metrics that are most relevant to your business
Easy bank reconciliation - Xero connects directly to most banks, allowing us to streamline your bookkeeping and ultimately reduce costs
Making Tax Digital compliant - MTD for VAT is already underway, and HMRC will soon be introducing this for income and corporation tax
Full support - the Folio Partners team are Xero certified, so we can support you in using the software, plus Xero's own support is prompt and helpful
